Botox (Botulinum Toxin Treatment)

Botulinum toxin (Botox) temporarily reduces overactivity of the facial expression muscles to soften wrinkles. Because it also temporarily reduces the nerve signals that stimulate the sweat glands, it is used to treat excessive sweating. The procedure is quick and requires no recovery time.
